oday's LED track lights are commonly used in lighting places such as clothing store lighting, furniture store lighting, and museum lighting. LED track lights are sensitive to use and convenient to install, but they will also encounter some problems during use. The following is a brief description of the flashing of the track lights and how to deal with them effectively.
Under normal conditions, there are four possibilities for LED track lights to flash continuously or turn on and off:
1. The LED lamp bead does not match the LED drive power supply. Normally, a single 1W lamp bead accepts current: 280-300mA, voltage: 3.0-3.4V. If the lamp bead chip is not of sufficient power, it will cause light source stroboscopic phenomenon. If the current is too high, the lamp bead will not be able to bear it, and it will turn on and off. In severe cases, the gold or copper wire in the lamp bead will be burned, causing the lamp bead to not light up.
2. It may be that the driving power supply is broken, just replace it with another good driving power supply and it will not flash.
3. If the driver has an over-temperature maintenance function, and the material heat dissipation performance of the lamp cannot meet the requirements, the driver over-temperature maintenance will start to flash and blink. For example: 20W LED track light housing is used to assemble 30W lamps and heat dissipation This will happen if the work is not done well.
4. If there are flashes on and off in a humid environment, the LED track light has entered water and formed a short circuit. The result is that the flashing is not bright. The lamp beads and driver are broken. If the driver is waterproof, just break the lamp beads and change the light source.
